We are a small company specialising in hand made products, and we take every effort possible to ensure your products reach you in first class condition.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

 

You must have proof of purchase.

 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you if you are eligible for a refund. If your refund is approved, we will credit your original payment method.

 

You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

 

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us in the first instance, and we will do our very best to help.
